Are you a language enthusiast with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are searching for talented individuals who are fluent in a variety of languages to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Language Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to connect with our diverse customer base and provide support in languages such as Swedish, Danish, Nynorsk, Kven, West Frisian, Norwegian, Icelandic, Greenlandic, Bokmal, Norn, Finnish, Faroese, Meankieli, Sami, and Elfalian.

What You'll Do:

- Engage with customers in their native language, creating a seamless and personalized support experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with a global team to enhance the customer journey across linguistic and cultural boundaries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions to optimize processes.

What We're Looking For:

- Fluency in one or more of the mentioned languages, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and solving problems with a positive attitude.
- Adaptability to different customer communication styles and cultural norms.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
