We are looking for detail-oriented **Lead Qualifying Agents** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contact potential customers in the UK, follow a structured script, and assess whether they meet specific criteria, before transferring them in real time to our UK-based sales agents. This is a** temporary** month-to-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.

This position is based in Pretoria East and is an office-based position. Work hours are from 9am to 5pm daily.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make a minimum of **50 calls per day** to UK-based leads.
- Follow a **scripted conversation** to qualify leads effectively.
- **Accurately capture** customer information and ensure all details meet qualification criteria.
- **Transfer eligible leads** to the sales team in real time.
- Maintain a high standard of **professionalism and clear English communication**.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English** with a neutral or clear accent.
- **Strong computer skills** and the ability to work with CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a **target-driven environment**.
- Previous experience in **call centres, telemarketing, or sales** is an advantage.

**Salary**: 6k basic with average gross salary of 12K (if target of 3 qualified leads per day is met).
