THE ROLE - WHAT’S IT ABOUT

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be required to recruit and manage a team of remote commission-only telesales agents to generate qualified leads.

THE FINE PRINT

**Mandatory Skills - 3 to 4 years’ experience in**:

- Minimum 3 years solid recruitment administration experience (Sales recruitment desired)
- Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
- Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools
- Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
- Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
- Report on pipeline activity and maintain data integrity

**A high level of proficiency in**:

- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
- Organised, methodical in approach and able to follow processes for recruitment
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
