Requirements:

2+ years Meta Ads experience (Lead Gen + Ecommerce)

Strong understanding of Advantage+ & audience building knowledge

UTM and tracking know-how

The ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and innovate

A hunger for testing, learning, and improving

Solid understanding of what creative works — and why

Experience managing budgets across multiple accounts
