This role involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance requests, and handling administrative tasks regularly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Following up on all maintenance job queries and updating various administration and maintenance schedules
- Compiling of invoice packs for payment, as per payment process policy
- Ensure all jobs, case analysis, quotations, and orders are logged, managed, and updated on MDA
- Loading of weekly and monthly building inspection reports on MDA
- Updating and managing the employee Bio metrics system (ERS)
- Perform general administration duties for the mall
- Obtaining and loading turnover figures from tenants monthly
- Dealing with tenant administration queries

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric or Equivalent
- Administration experience
- Computer literacy with at least intermediate level - MS Office Package, MDA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
