- Job Vacancy Description:
- Will primarily be accountable for the overall management, administration and control of residential and commercial properties promulgated under the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and Companies Acts and to the satisfaction of the trustees and members and in accordance with the provisions in these Acts.- The principle challenge in this position is to increase the number of fixed properties (schemes) and to devise innovative strategies to obtain an increase the relationships with existing members and trustees and perform all related duties in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.-
- Make efforts to limit the number of arrears
- debtors control and creditors control Liaise regularly with trustees’ owners and tenants to ensure repairs are carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard- Manage and control budgets and ensure expenditure- Achieve growth in property management revenue- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry codes of conduct- Updating residence and landlords with regards to issues within the scheme- Handling maintenance issues including obtaining quotes and confirming job with service providers as well as checking and authorising invoices- Provide property information and assistance to tenants as requested (not rentals)- Ensure punctual attendance for all business commitments- Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance- Attend meeting during and after hours-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric- NQF4 Real Estate - position requirement- UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management short course desirable- Required skills:
- Accounting - 3 to 4 years- Good Communication - 2 to 3 years- Multitasking - 4 to 5 years- Good Listener- Conflict Resolution - 4 - 5 years- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - ESSENTIAL- 3-4 years Management package used - WeConnectU- Sectional Title & HOA - 3-4 years- Ability to work on Saturdays- Residing in or around the Brakpan area**What Qualification**
