**1. Distance Learning Coordinator**

**Role Overview**:
You will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing support of fully online learning programs. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and engaging virtual experience for students, faculty, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain digital learning environments (LMS, CMS).
- Provide support and training for instructors and students.
- Monitor online course delivery and engagement metrics.
- Ensure accessibility, quality, and compliance with academic standards.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and tech teams for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating distance education programs.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for future-focused, tech-enabled learning.

**2. Blended Learning Coordinator**

**Role Overview**:
This position bridges the gap between online and in-person instruction. You'll lead the integration of digital tools with traditional learning models to create hybrid experiences that are flexible, dynamic, and learner-centered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and support blended learning frameworks and instructional models.
- Train faculty in blended pedagogy and digital resource use.
- Evaluate and enhance student engagement in hybrid environments.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling of in-person and virtual sessions.
- Champion innovation in teaching practices across departments.
- Degree in Education, Learning Design, or related field.
- Experience developing blended or hybrid learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and interactive apps.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to academic delivery.
- Collaborative spirit and strong project management skills.
