Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) with qualification such as MCITP/MCDST/MCSE essential
- ITC related Diploma or Degree would be an advantage
- 2+ years’ experience in a software troubleshooting and support environment

Necessary Skills & Attributes
- Strong deductive, analytical, financial and mathematical skills.
- Written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Systems Database knowledge and support
- Ability to communicate effectively in Afrikaans, English and at least one other official language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month

- Certificate (required)

- Software troubleshooting: 2 years (required)
- Technical support: 2 years (required)
