**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric and a relevant qualification will be a benefit
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry not required - full training will be given
- Excellent communication skills (especially telephonically) and a commitment to exceptional customer service is essential
- Computer literate with above average skills in Word (will be tested)
- Proven track record of professional business writing skills
- Must have good digital skills and be able to navigate social media
- Knowledge of a specific industry will be a great advantage - we are specifically looking for consultants with good understanding of the following industries: finance, logisitcs, agriculture or business support
- Must be a resilient person, willing to learn and take direction and must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Honesty, Integrity, Passion and Teamword are non-negotiable personal attributes
