Internal Sales Representative/Telesales Consultant.
The Astro Group Overview:
The Astro Group is comprised of several companies.
Operating divisions focused on satisfying the requirements of end users of aluminium products
in various industry sectors in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
· identify new business opportunities
· Contact leads
· Convert leads sales
· Playing a critical part in achieving overall revenue targets
· Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
· Provide accurate product information, and technical advice where applicable.
· Support Sales & Key Account Manager with leads.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a sales or telesales role.
· Matric or relevant experience and qualification
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
· Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
· High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of outbound calls/emails made.
· Revenue generated from internal sales.
· Lead conversion rate.
