**Job Description**:
As the OUTsurance **Business Non-Motor Claims Investigator** you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Non-Motor Claims

**Responsibilities**:

- Validate all incidents and claims
- Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, etc.
- Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning,photographs etc.)
- Liaise with service providers
- Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
- Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.

Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.
- Valid Driver’s licence

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years investigation/ Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is essential

Additional Information

Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential. Must be willing to travel locally when required and have valid driver’s license.
