**Who we are looking for**: (Insurance-based) Call Centre Sales Agent

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels
- Passed and completed Matric
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and to meet certain goals
- Passion for selling and motivated by achieving results
- Confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months Insurance based Call Centre/Insurance Sales experience
- Must be a positive and goal-driven individual
- Leadership/managerial qualities

**Key Responsibilities as a Call Centre agent**:

- Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge of our insurance products
- Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our insurance products
- Consistently achieving monthly goals
- Willing to push yourself to succeed
- Be a confident leader in our sales department
