Coordinates completion and transition between phases, tasks and teams - Assembling and Leading Project Team: assigning tasks and deadlines, utilizing tools to collaborate. Schedule and facilitation of regular meetings to obtain status updates and chart progress, reallocate resources to balance workloads and to evaluate competencies and capabilities of team members.
