- Creating and executing project schedules, maintaining regular updates as the project unfolds.
- Monitoring budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and key metrics to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Leading project meetings and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- Reviewing all project deliverables to ensure alignment with quality standards, company guidelines, and standards.
- Identifying and communicating changes that may impact the project's scope or timeline.
- Performing cost estimates, preparing proposals, and proactively addressing potential cost-related issues.
- Conducting risk assessments to enhance project planning.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Managing team members by delegating tasks and establishing performance expectations.
- Overseeing team performance, providing feedback for improvement.
- Taking responsibility for bi-annual performance reviews and development plans.
- Implementing and reviewing individual role profiles.
