**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily **manufacturing operations** to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage all aspects of **warehouse operations**, including inventory control, logistics, and space optimization.
- Lead and supervise **teams across multiple departments**, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize workflows.
- Set and track operational KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a senior operations management role within **manufacturing**.
- Demonstrated experience managing **warehouse operations** and **multi-departmental teams**.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
