**purpose**:

- To manage computer operations infrastructure, server, networking, desktop and database administration of integrated system staff management, architecture and strategy.**experience and qualifications**:

- Bachelors in Information Systems or Computer Science Core or Software Service Technician MCSE, CCIE, MS SQL+, RHCE or RHCA
- 5 - 7 years**additional requirements**:

- Experience in the following aspects is a must:

- Assist with policy reviews, formulation and inputs with CIO
- Assist with audit co ordination, resolution of findings in operations area
- Management reporting for C suite audience
- Asistance with operational strategy initiatives
- Care taking of IT operational portfolios during periods of transition, handovers and absence
- Identify and solve for work items - identify, d0coument and implement
- Measure IT Operations metrics and KPIs for all porfolio areas to CIO
- Identify automation and platform initiatives in operations and develop implementation plans
- Assistance with onboarding and migration plans of services / retiring and new formulation of operational services
