**DEALER PRINCIPAL / EAST LONDON**

**Minimum Requirements**

Must have 5 to 10 years Senior Management experience within the Motor Industry

Managing Sales | Admin Departments

Extensive knowledge of the operational requirements for the Automotive Retail and Brand OEM processes

Relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous

Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment

Strong, stable track record and contactable references

**Job Purpose**

To ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the Company whilst giving customer satisfaction.

To formulate and administer Company policy.

To control cash flow, stocks and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and satisfactory return on investment.

To maximise Company profitability through the sale of vehicles, associated products, parts and labour.
