Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a Dealer Principal for their well-established Dealership in Johannesburg.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage a effective and positive teamwork
- Recruit and retain skilled staff
- Monitor sales, workshop and parts departments and ensure profitability
- Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
- Control cash flow, stock and assets
- Reporting targets and standards to Head Office
- Ensure compliance and legislative changes
- Business planning and cost savings initiative

**Requirements**:

- Senior Certificate
- Tertiary Marketing or Sales qualification (or similar)
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Previous Sales Management experience and current Dealer Principal experience in the Retail Motor Industry is required
