- Presentation skill essential
- Business case skills essential
- Selling skills essential

**REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE**

10 to 15 years in the Fleet or banking industry

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREA (KPA)**

**New Business Development**
- Meeting sales targets in terms of payout.
- Deals are aligned to the desired ROC's.
- Ensuring the sales funnel has active 50 to 60 client opportunities at any given time.
- Quality credit submissions per week.

**Collaboration and Sales Management**
- Sales pipeline is converted into a payout.
- Relationship is deriving payout.
- Client experience and expectations are seamless.
- Implementation is effective.
- Driving the bank's ecosystems.

**Risk and Compliance**
- No errors and omissions
- 100% compliant on statutory training
- Clean audits on onboarding of clients regarding risk and compliance

**Relationship and Stakeholder management**
- Manages stakeholders effectively and no escalation.
- Manages quality of work and create effective and seamless processes in the sales value chain.

- Upskilled in key core competencies
