We are seeking a Fleet Controller responsible for overseeing and managing fleet operations to ensure the effective utilization, maintenance, and monitoring of company-owned vehicles across the Tsebo Solutions Group divisions. This role involves managing fines and license administration, implementing telematics and Intellifuel systems to track fuel spend and driver behavior, and authorizing maintenance plans. The Fleet Controller provides essential support to the Fleet Manager, ensuring full maintenance lease obligations are met while optimizing fleet performance and cost management.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance Management- Obtain quotes from dealers.
- Negotiate pricing.
- Authorise work.
- Warranty and policy claims
- Submit invoices for payment.
- Prepare downtime reports.
- Manage maintenance fund per vehicle.
- Dealer Quotes Management
- Send quote requests to dealers
- Follow up on quotes.
- Prepare quotes.
- Submit quotes to customers
- Contract Management
- Customer meetings
- Fleet reports.
- Contract Restructure proposals.
- Telematics
- Ad hoc telematics reports
- Advise of terminations
- Contract termination management.
- Collection advice.
- Make good charges
- Excess km charges
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Source new suppliers.
- Build relationship
- Adopt supplier as per Tsebo requirements
- Annual confirmation BBBEE and ABAC & other compliance documents
- General administration

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Sales ability
- Good communication skills - written & verbal, bilingual.
- Motor mechanic knowledge
- Numeracy

- MS Office Suite skills particularly MS Excel
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across Tsebo and externally

**Qualifications**:

- Matric Certificate
- Motor mechanic certification (preferred)
- Finance or bookkeeping diploma (preferred)
- Fleet / logistics diploma.
- Microsoft Office - Excel + Word (advanced), Power point (intermediate)
- Microsoft Access (advantageous)
