Support the CEO and client engagement team in executing the business strategy.
- Support the implementation of executive training strategy and action plan and manage the day to day logistics of all executive training programmes, short learning courses, online modules and resources
- Hands-on co-ordination of all executive training courses, workshops, seminars/webinars, industry evenings and events at the campus and/or online.
- Recruit and manage faculty requirements for each programme
- Act as custodian policies and procedures and ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance for the Institution are met.
- Support the Director: Client Engagement and others in client engagement team, by assisting with contracts, agreements and budgets where needed
- Execute ad-hoc projects
- Manage the delivery pf programmes process from start to end, ensuring executive trainees and course participants have a positive experience throughout.
- Facilitate all communication throughout the learner journey (enquiries, day to day communication, as well as feedback and follow-up communication)
- Manage the executive training databases
- Manage evaluations and feedback loops to faculty
- Contract with faculty from academia and industry to deliver the programmes.
- Supporting marketing and sales efforts, working closely with all business units i.e. the external team at AAA and Richfield within Growth Ten portfolio to ensure all marketing related initiatives are delivered.
- In consultation and collaboration with the Director: CEO and CEO of the Executive education business, liaising with website developers to ensure all content, information and courses are updated and available online.

**Requirements**:
Ø Undergraduate degree in business administration, honours qualification is an advantage

Ø Similar experience in a business school or training business will be favourable

Ø Being an independent thinker and a problem-solver who can resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Ø Efficiency and effectiveness in business operations and

Ø Being action orientated, energetic and results driven; having a ‘can do’ attitude

Ø Maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards

Ø May be required to travel and work after hours on executive education events occasionally

Ø Based in Gauteng - Bryanston.
