**Job title: Tele sales**

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets and contributing to overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years tele sales experience.
- Have a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture orders.
- Liaise with buyers on pricing and stock.
- Liaise with debtors prior to picking.
- Forwarding orders for picking.
- Analyse orders after it is picked.
- Follow up on deliveries.
- Up selling to existing clients.
- Send out promotional material to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and profit margins.
- Follow up on dormant clients.
- Follow up on new leads.

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales: 2 years (required)
