A leading distributor of industrial fasteners. We offer a fastener solution to industries throughout South Africa, including the following:

- Manufacturing
- Resellers/Merchants

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Telesales Representative who will be responsible for:

- Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Assisting the Sales Team to keep abreast of market trends and influences
- Managing the accounts of existing customers through excellent relationships and a clear sense of goals and priorities

**Key Performance Areas**
- Execute existing Sales Strategies that are in line with the business plans:

- Show a keen interest in growing markets, generating leads, targeting new customers, and expanding market share
- Develop and maintain existing customer base and maintain data in our CRM-system
- Increase brand market share and grow turnover through regular one-on-one and telephonic contact with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and follow-up quotations, process orders and address enquiries from customers
- Managing key accounts, contracts, and supplier network platforms
- Be proactive, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding delivery dates and stock procurement to ensure service excellence
- Evaluate market, provide feedback to management
- Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines and sales targets
- Experience in dealing with mines will be an advantage
- Experience working on a global supplier network platform
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Must be able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to relate to people at all levels in an organization
- Proven ability to get things done quickly, strong work ethic and ability to deliver within a pressurized environment
- Must have excellent MS Office skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Minimum qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
