**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports covering key operational metrics.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Present insights and trends clearly to stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data sources.
- Support ad hoc data requests and analysis as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in MI reporting or data analysis in an operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL reporting services.
- Good understanding of operations processes and key performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with SQL and database querying.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python scripting).
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Previous exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MI reporting or data analysis in an operational environment: 2 years (required)
- reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL reporting : 1 year (required)
- Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables: 1 year (required)
