**Role summary**

**Key responsibilities**
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) including tasks, transaction authorization forms and overdue accounts;
- Working with Managers across all products to ensure accurate KPI data for corporate entities are presented accurately in PowerBi (monthly);
- Assisting in the redesign/optimisation of workflows used by specialised services teams, focusing on all aspects of financial reporting, including working directly with Sanne’s customers to ensure their structures are run efficiently in compliance with the relevant laws and contractual obligations, and being involved with the management team to strategically build the Alternative Assets product offering;
- Working with the management team and Directors to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of Statutory Reporting of the structures to ensure the team complies with all of its accounting and regulatory obligations;
- Being involved in the testing of new processes and systems on behalf of the division;
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to administration teams where possible;
- Assist with the coordination of timely completion of one off and re occurring technology projects, relating to onboarding and system migrations.
- Monitor breaches, errors, and complaints via a central log, identify trends and suggest enhancements to procedures to prevent errors from re occurring;
- Assist with the development of junior staff members;
- Act as primary point of contact with auditors in respect of the planning and coordination of the audits;
- Development and maintenance of divisional and departmental policies and procedures;
- Ensuring that all day to day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring tasks and delegating these across the relevant managers team;
- Be able to provide sound, quality, and technical guidance to clients;
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the strategic development of the client team including client meetings, new business pitches and new business proposals.

**Skills / experience**
- Completed Data Science or Bcom Degree;
- Highly numerate with strong analytical ability and critical reasoning skills;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the fund industry;
Excellent communication and organisation skills;
- An understanding of fund structures and other related;
- Keen interest in automisation, robotics, and AI.
