**About the Role**

Cosmetology and Korect are seeking a _creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Coordinator_ to support our mission of growing two dynamic beauty brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll be responsible for executing daily content schedules, producing aesthetic content, staying in tune with viral trends, and helping our social media pages grow and shine. This is a **hands-on, execution-focused role** perfect for someone who understands beauty culture, knows what makes content pop, and is ready to level up in the digital beauty space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule **daily social media content** across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist in creating engaging Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, tutorials, and product highlights.
- Research and **report on viral trends**, audio, hashtags, and beauty influencers weekly.
- Help coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and creators for shoots.
- Engage with the community: respond to DMs, comments, and tag shoutouts promptly.
- Keep track of **social metrics** and report basic performance insights weekly.
- Assist with content shoots (filming, capturing BTS, organizing props or products).

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in social media coordination, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven ability to create content on Instagram Reels and TikTok (please provide samples or links).
- Strong design skills using **Canva, CapCut**, or basic mobile editing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of **trending content formats** and South African social media culture.
- Confident in front of and behind the camera when needed.
- Basic copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to manage time, shoot quickly, and work under pressure.
- A **personal interest in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fashion** is a big plus.

**Salary & Benefits**
