**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:Social Media Coordinator

**Reports to**: Digital Marketing Manager

**Essential functions**:

- To monitor social media support channels and provide professional, accurate and fast feedback to clients.
- To oversee and report on social media comments, mentions and feedback.
- To assist the customer support team with customer queries on other platforms as and when required.
- To work with the activations and marketing teams as well as the social media manager to provide content for company events and promotions as required.
- To assist the marketing team in all other functions as required.

**Skills, knowledge, and other requirements**:

- Strong attention to thoroughness and detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to respond appropriately to unexpected challenges and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a desire to learn and grow.

**Requirements - Experience and education**:

- Full understanding of all Social Media platforms with intermediate reporting knowledge.
- MUST LOVE SPORTS willing to work on weekends and shifts.
- Must be able to self-manage and have a passion for results.
- Sports Betting knowledge will be advantageous.
