**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, automotive experence advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of a dealership.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all dealerships.
- Adjust ongoing campaigns accordingly to ensure the best possible results.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and partners.
- Coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and other industry events.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Implement and develop initiatives and strategies provided by the Marketing Manager and Digital Innovation Manager.
- Maintain and update the company's website, social media profiles, and other digital channels.
