Marketing and Sales Lead

Duties will include:
- Accountable for the marketing strategy of the Group.
- Manage all marketing activities for the company.
- Define marketing strategies and plan to support the company’s overall objectives in line with Brand Development Policies and International Franchisee Agreement.
- Overall responsibility for adhering to brand standards and corporate identity
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Listen” to the trends of the market and direct” campaigns to optimize customer growth.
- Ongoing interaction and updating of Franchisor Marketing and Local Store Marketing with Operations teams.
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing effort across challenges (digital, press etc.)
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and campaigns.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Manage service provider relationship and performance.
- Drive digital and delivery innovation cross-functionally.
- Ensure the availability and promotion of e-commerce systems.
- Evaluate performance of designated Area Management and Restaurant Management against established Balanced Scorecard targets (customer and sales). Oversee the implementation of corrective action activities.
- Ensure that company assets, facilities and equipment are managed efficiently, maintained properly and operated cost effectively
- Co-ordination of marketing campaigns with customer and sales activities and measuring results against date in order to forecast business impact or opportunities.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Creating a wide range of different marketing and display materials.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches, campaigns and activations.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and measuring results.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and measuring results
- Understanding of the FMCG retail and or hospitality industry.
- Exposure to e-commerce technology and digital marketing
- Logistics, supply chain and or demand management experience.
- Cross platform integration and process optimisation.

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food delivery and customer experience
- Strong Analytical capability including commercial understanding
- Vendor relationship management and negotiation

- Versatility and agility to adapt to demands

- Ability to influence large groups in presentation format
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Commerce, Business or Marketing
- Min 5 years experience
- Valid drivers license
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills
- Commercially astute, with the ability to fulfill budgeting and forecasting functions for business growth.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of service department functions and ability to maximize same for designated territory.
- Ability to formulate and analyse financial data essential.
- Sound management level planning, directing, leading and controlling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High work ethic.
- Growth mindset with a view to continuous personal and business improvement
