Associate: Corporate Commercial and Corporate

Maintains up-to-date working knowledge/understanding of relevant areas of law - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of commercial developments in specialist field - Assembles research and produces clear, accurate findings - Analyses legal and commercial issues in detail and is able to explain relatively complex issues to clients and more junior colleagues - Drafts precedents and other complex documents with mínimal supervision - Prepares and conducts mid-level negotiations under supervision - Develops creative solutions to legal and business problems - Takes responsibility for matters and ensuring that they are completed within deadline and the applicable quality requirements - Builds and maintain client relationships - Contributes to business development **Requirements**: - Broad and extensive knowledge of corporate commercial and litigation matters - Exposure to a wide range of sectors with the ability to work competently with the regulatory and contractual frameworks applicable to matters - Experience of working with international clients in the corporate sector (beneficial) - Experience of preparing and participating in pitches to clients - Ability to work with a high degree of independence and accuracy - Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability - Dedicated to exceptional client service - Strong financial and business awareness - Excellent problem solving and decision making skills - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrates good judgment and resilience - Strong initiative and drive and takes control of own career development **Benefits** Our working environment is dynamic, supportive and progressive.
