**Job Description**:
Senior Global Travel and Expenses Systems Auditor, Westville
- This is the opportunity you have been waiting for. New role, growth, and possibilities_

Position Purposes

The Senior Auditor position will require auditing and approval of expense reports in the Concur system accordance to company policies and to facilitate improved policy compliance.

The role will oversee and manage the Global T&E Systems Auditor role

The role will be responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies including digitisation and automation of work

The role will act as a first escalation point for resolution of queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adherence to Travel and Expenditure policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Oversee and manage the Global T&E Auditor
- Monitoring of SLAs
- Lead Digitisation efforts
- Develop business wide reporting (global and market specific)
- Act as first point of escalation for resolution of problems
- Audit claims during high volume periods
- Leading the transition of work to a centralised team

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.

Experience
- Relevant experience in data processing or data checking high volume complex data
- Familiarity with Employee Travel & Expense systems
- Experiencing with multiple currencies, languages, cultures preferred
- Process improvement projects/initiatives (Continuous improvements) in previous roles
- Experience with data analytics or automation in previous roles
- Team leader/supervisory role
