A well-established IT company in Westville is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join our team.

The job will include the following roles and responsibilites:

- Liaising with supplier companies to collect all necessary paper work to process invoices into the system
- Collecting of statements
- Preparing payment schedules
- Reconciling creditor accounts
- Dealing with suppliers and sorting out disputes
- Allocating creditor payments
- Compiling month end packs for Bookkeeper/FM signoff
- Ensure supplier payments terms are correct
- Ensuring Suppliers are paid on time
- Expenses reconciliations
- Attending to adhoc tasks handed down by Financial Manager & Book Keeper
- Assisting with month-end and ensuring Accounts team meet deadlines
- Intercompany transactions
- Assist with all and any Director tasks
- Compiling and submitting reports to Directors
- Petty cash processing and reconciliations ensuring petty cash always has liquidity
- General Filing

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
