**Responsibilities**:

- **Salesforce Platform Team Creation**:

- Lead the establishment of a Salesforce platform team, focusing on architecture and best practices.
- **Architecture and Integration**:

- Design and implement integration patterns for Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
- Oversee the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) on Salesforce.
- Run Financial Services Cloud (FSC) on Salesforce and Ancena platforms.
- **Broad Salesforce Knowledge**:

- Provide a broader perspective on Salesforce architecture and its components.
- Integrate various components into Salesforce solutions, leveraging software engineering and integration backgrounds.
- **Data Architecture and Integration**:

- Develop data architecture strategies, including metadata-driven approaches.
- Utilize AWS for data integration (advantageous), as well as Kafka for asynchronous data processing.
- Implement compound APIs and understand Salesforce limitations thoroughly.
- **DevOps and Deployment Processes**:

- Implement DevOps practices and streamline deployment processes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data architecture, Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, and integration.

**Requirements**:

- Solution Architecture Experience (8+ Years) in security, best practices, monitoring, alerting, integration, DevOps, deployment processes, and data architecture.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on Salesforce platforms.
- Expertise in data integration, especially metadata-driven approaches.
- Advantageous experience with AWS, Kafka, and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns.
- Proficiency in compound APIs and understanding of Salesforce limitations.
