Very employee centric, fun, "family" environment, BIG on social responsibility ( not lip service, actually doing cool stuff) - These roles do not come up often Not the actual role, but the position within such an awesome company to work for / with. The successful individual will most definitely have to have a proven track record of having employees best interest at heart and a belief that happy employees = successful business The role is responsible for the full HR function including but not limited to: People - onboarding to exit and everything in between including labour & employee relations, performance management, wellness Resourcing - planning, JD's, recruitment, internships, succession planning Policy and procedures Strong knowledge and implementation of relevant legislation - statutory compliance Driving BBBEE strategy Skills Development Consulting to the business in HR and related matters Special Projects 5 years Management experience in all the above is a pre-requisite A relevant Qualification is required A passion for mentoring, coaching and development Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and labour relations A passion for people at all levels - For more information please contact: - Hayley Lovell Greene
