**BEAUTY & COSMETICS SALES SPECIALIST - Beauty, Nail Care & Grooming**

**KZN Province**:

- South Africa

**START**: A.S.A.P / Urgent hire

**REPORT TO**: Director / Sales Manager

**HOURS & SHIFTS**:

- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

**COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS**:

- **R15,000 Basic Salary per month** (Gross before benefits / commission or tax deductions)
- + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
- + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
- + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution
- + Commission (in addition to CTC)
- TOTAL COST TO COMPANY per month **R16,500 **before commission

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything **Spa & Beauty** related)
- Trained in professional nail systems - BONUS

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have sales experience - Business to Business, department store sales will not suffice (regardless of industry)
- Confident in nail systems currently trending and willing to learn new skills
- Meticulous and accurate
- Accountability
- Able to build a lasting rapport with clients (new and existing)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be based centrally in KZN - ideally **DURBAN**
- Own reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
- Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
- Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
