With the future in mind, we are on the look-out for a technical data analyst who will focus on delivering value by architecting the optimal customer experiences. You will be responsible for prioritising and controlling the quality of internal campaigns, assisting the team to alleviate bottlenecks to allow for further growth.

You will need to strategically partner with the internal team to ensure that we can work with clients to build a magical formula of data and intuition.

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Your objective will be to facilitate the proper execution and running of marketing campaigns and internal lead delivery processes, to ensure retention and growth of existing client relationships, strategically partnering with the internal team to deliver on campaign metrics. Your area of influence will be within the fulfilment of digital marketing campaigns, marketing technologies and data services.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage Lead Management System to;
- Deploy and maintain campaigns on LDMA LMS, SMS & CRM platforms
- Ensure lead orders are fulfilled, Customer Journeys are flowing correctly, and Data points are being collected effectively to report on performance.
- Ensure POPI compliance of LDMA within all Lead gen campaigns.
- Facilitate secure transfer of Lead personal data from supplier, through LDMA and ultimately to clients, while ensuring that suppliers and clients are not being sent any data which compromises IP, Data Security policies (POPIA and contractual agreements)
- Monitor and maintain campaign delivery objectives and communicate with the team to ensure lead volume orders are adhered to.
- Perform preventative and responsive maintenance on Lead distribution (Resolve system issues with suppliers and clients)
- Assist with set up of automated data disposition reports to suppliers, adhering to data security policies.
- Import cleaned Client disposition data into the Lead Management system.
- Assist with website adjustments and integrations (Gravity Forms, Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations)
- Assist with analysis of reports to identify possible areas of improvement for campaigns, lead distribution and sales funnel performance
- DMASA process and data enrichment with DNC scrubbing of campaign audience data
- Assist with stakeholder engagements including the overall satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time/budget completion of the internal/agency services and KPIs.
- Support Account Managers and existing client contracts ensuring work is delivered accordingly
- Follow invoicing procedures and assist internal teams and accounts receivable.
- Updating of Internal reports for tracking and reporting on the delivery & growth of all campaigns
- Documentation of Campaign requirements, settings, rules, and lead rerouting between campaigns, user journey mapping and optimization
- Assist with reporting and data analysis

KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CANDIDATE
To succeed in this position, you must:

- Have strong technical account/campaign management skills
- Be proficient in Excel _(3+ years’ experience)_ and MS SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have Experience with integration of SaaS, Lead Management Systems, CRM, Digital Marketing and Automation systems
- Experience in Lead management automation and data exports for reporting _(understanding of conditional logic rule sets)_
- Understand programming API’s and connections between various different systems _(e.g. REST APIs, Json, SOAP/XML, Http Requests etc)_
- Be easily adaptable: Able to quickly grasp new systems and processes.
- Have a thorough understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including data, technologies, and people.
- Have a working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the Marketing industry _(POPIA)_
- Be articulate: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbally)
- Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to gain experience
- Have experience with handling briefs and client queries from start to finish
- Be highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Be able to work under pressure and stay cool, calm, and collected
- Be an initiative-taker with ambition

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
