- Identify and approach potential stores to stock our product in the Cape and Boland areas
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Manage our Shopify store, including processing orders, managing inventory, and updating product listings
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers
- Work with Takealot to ensure successful sales and manage any related issues
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus
- 2+ years of experience in sales and e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Web3 knowledge is a plus
