**Lease Administrator**:
**What is the job**:
**What will be expected of you?**:

- Administer and account all leases, both internal and external.
- Conduct lease variance analysis and investigations.
- Resolve queries and discrepancies with tenants and landlords.
- Prepare accurate and timely payment of rents, taxes, insurance, and other lease-related expenses.
- Prepare and present reports on leasing activities to management.
- Administer all lease deposits and reconcile them to the General Ledger (GL).
- Update and maintain a database of all lease transactions.
- Maintain utility cost & consumption database.
- Conduct regular lease audits to ensure compliance with all lease terms and conditions.

**Are you qualified?**:

- Relevant financial degree/qualification.

**Did you do this before?**:

- 3+ years relevant experience in an analytical/finance role.
