My client is RandPark Ridge is looking for the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Assistant (PA) Duties**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with special projects and events as required.
- **Human Resources (HR) Administration**:

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and timekeeping systems.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.

**Benefits**:
R15 000 to R20 000

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
