Insurance Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process amendments on existing policies
- Identify gaps in client’s insurance cover
- Process short-term insurance claims
- Keep track and follow up on arrear premiums
- Plan and process monthly renewals
- Answer and direct incoming calls from clients
- Servicing of Client Base.
- Attending to Client Queries and Requests.
- Diary Co-Ordination.
- Meeting and Venue Booking.
- Claims Administration.
- New Business Administration.
- Quote Preparation.
- Submission of Requirements.
- Liaising and communication with Business associates and service partners in an effective manner.
- Administrative support.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- RE5 Certificate
- Full Insurance qualification as per FAIS requirements
- Minimum 3 years commercial insurance administration experience at a brokerage or insurance company
- Computer literacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mthatha, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
