J brew Solutions is an IT consulting and cybersecurity company based in Centurion looking to a 360-recruitment consultant who delivers a fully inclusive recruitment service to our clients.

To give clients the very best service possible, consultants typically spend a lot of time trying to sell their recruitment services and establishing a good rapport. This may involve meeting with clients (probably on video calls these days) before they begin the process of discussing their needs and goals. Ultimately, this focus on relationship-building helps ensure clients feel comfortable working with the consultant, hopefully returning with repeat work further down the line.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Going outbound to find new clients.
- Building rapport and securing clients (getting terms signed)
- Identifying client needs
- Handling negotiations
- Overseeing the interview process
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- End to end management of the deal sourcing process, anticipating client needs and responding with innovative solutions to clients emerging needs.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new business.
- Being one of the main points of contact externally for the business.
- Identifying and closing of pertinent business leads.

**Competencies**
- Thorough understanding of recruitment process
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Background**
- Matric
- Certificate and Degree in Human Resource management or Administration will be an advantage)
- 2 - 5 years’ experience within a recruitment agency or sales or business development environment specialising it IT.
- Perform the role of a “hunter” to onboard new customers across the country, while retaining/managing and growing an existing customer base

**Duration**: 6 months contract with a possibility of going permanent
