We have an exciting full-time position available, for a passionate Marketing graduate looking to step into the industry and gain hands-on experience.
**Descriptions**:
- Manage Social Media Marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Developing relevant topics to reach the company’s target audience
- Planning and executing all digital marketing efforts.
- Create, curate and manage all published content
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence (Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Photography for Events, Personnel photos, Content creation, etc
- Ensure website is updated by adding new images to the gallery and proposing new ideas to ensure the website stays updated and aesthetically pleasing
- Upload new vacancies daily to various recruitment sites
- Relationship and stakeholder management (Birthdays, work milestones, etc)
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and answering the telephone
- Assisting walk-in clients and stakeholder meetings
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Right-hand to the Managing Director
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant marketing degree
- A passion for the HR industry, and working with people
- Based in Stellenbosch
- Own transport
