**Fitter & Turner Apprenticeship Opportunity - J. Schipper & Sons located in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town**

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a **motivated and dedicated individual** to join our team as a **Fitter & Turner Apprentice**.

This structured **3-year apprenticeship program** combines formal training at Northlink college with hands-on practical experience at our site on a rotation basis, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to build a successful career in the engineering field.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in **engineering** and mechanical trades
- Not older than 25 years
- Reside in the **Northern Suburbs, Cape Town**:

- **Able to join us by latest 1 November for practical work experience prior to starting studies in January 2026**:

- Willing and committed to a **3-year apprenticeship program**, involving both college studies and on-the-job training

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
- Enjoys solving problems and working with their hands
- Can work well in a team environment while taking responsibility for their own growth
- Some work experience will be beneficial but not a requirement
