**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To sell the maximum number of vehicles;
- To ensure the customer is aware of all available accessories and extended warranties;
- To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities;
- To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales;
- To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered;
- To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities;
- To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction;
- To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times;
- To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company;
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration;
- To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales;
- To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale;
- To have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices;
- To be available at all times for update training;
- To ensure that personal appearance is impeccable at all times;**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric
- Marketing and Sales qualification or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ licence
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years’ sales executive experience (fleet will be an advantage)
