**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 matric certificate
- Marketing and Sales qualification or equivalent.
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years sales executive experience.
- Detailed up to date CV.
- Separately from the CV attached all relevant documents.

**KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS**:

- Must read / write & speak English.
- Clean Cut and well groomed.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
- To sell the maximum number of vehicles.
- To ensure the customer is aware of all available accessories and extended warranties.
- To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities.
- To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales.
- To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered.
- To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities.
- To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction.
- To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times.
- To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company.
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
- To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales.
- To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale.
- To have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
- To be available at all times for update training.
- To ensure that personal appearance is impeccable at all times.
