**Educator Needed for Special Needs School in Tableview**

Amathemba is a special needs school focusing on the education of learners with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and other barriers to learning. As a project of Home of Hope, Amathemba was established to meet the unmet educational needs of these children in the area.

We are currently seeking an **Intermediate Phase Educator** to teach learners in both the intermediate and senior age groups. This is a contract position, with the potential to become permanent in 2025.
- Willing to work and communicate within a team
- Who is adaptable
- Who is firm but understanding in their discipline
- Willing to commit the requirements of the preparations required to teach in an individualised manner
- Who has experience working with learners with disabilities

**Requirements**:

- Teaching degree
- SACE certification
- Police clearance

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
