We’re looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the dining floor, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and keeping everything running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience**:

- Greet guests and ensure they have a great experience.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly.

**Staff Management**:

- Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing.
- Provide feedback and support to the team.

**Operations**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen for seamless service.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
- Address maintenance issues as needed.

**Inventory and Budgeting**:

- Monitor supplies like beverages and tableware.
- Help reduce waste and track daily sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hospitality or management certification is a plus.
