**Night Shift Restaurant General Manager Wanted - 6 Nights a Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)**

Are you a hospitality pro who thrives in the fast-paced, after-dark energy of restaurant life? We’re on the lookout for a **dedicated and experienced Night Shift General Manager** to lead our front-of-house operations with confidence, passion, and precision.

**Schedule**: 6 nights per week (including weekends & public holidays)

**Position**: Full-Time - Start 16th June 2025 or tbc

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Overseeing **all front-of-house operations** during night shifts
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training **front-of-house staff**:

- Providing exceptional **customer service** and handling guest concerns with professionalism
- Managing shift schedules, staff performance, and team motivation
- Ensuring smooth nightly operations and high service standards
- Handling nightly cash-ups, reports, and administrative duties
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior management to uphold brand values
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5 years Previous **General Manager or senior FOH management experience** in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems, rostering software, and operational reporting
