A bit more about the Opportunity...:
You will be accountable for the delivery, maintenance and evolution of a standardized Planning Toolkit working closely with Planning peers to evolve and improve. You will ensure the seamless setup of and Universal Control service introduction for new accounts. You will be responsible for standardizing UTC outputs, operating rhythm and for ensuring processes are documented and maintained.

**Requirements**:

- You have a clear IR record
- You have been meeting your KPI’s for the last 6 months

You have excellent knowledge of core planning concepts and principle. You have strong technical understanding and capability of planning tools, calculations, and services across the planning cycle. You have experience of team and individual coaching and development. You have a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent attention to detail.

You have the ability to read contractual documentation and schedules, turning this into the appropriate reporting deliverables that meet this contractual obligation. You have a great sense of understanding of commercial framework and how this translates into daily practice, maximizing revenue and mitigating risk.

You also have the ability to interact at all levels within the business and to clearly present the UCT in laymen’s terms, adapting this to suit different audiences. You have experience working effectively within a Planning/Real Time environment sharing knowledge & learning openly and honestly. You are exceptional client focus and ability to utilize data and analysis to provide practicable solutions to issues.

**Universal Control Manager**

The Universal Control Manager will line manage the Universal Control Leads who in turn are responsible for the Universal Control Analysts and Realtime Monitors tasked with ensuring effective and optimised live week and live day delivery for each client/campaign.

**What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like**:
You will be managing the Universal Control leads across the Sigma estate to ensure effective delivery across the real time function from sign off to live day to post live day analysis. You will be the main point of contact and accountability for ensuring a balance of live week/day planning satisfaction, Sigma Operations engagement, planner engagement/development, margin assurance and embedding a positive WFM culture for their respective accounts.

You will support in defining and delivering real time processes (performance level control process) from Client request into each functional area of the Universal Control Team, through to on-the-day delivery (effectiveness measured by margin, schedule fit, operational conformance, operational adherence, and Client/Operations engagement scores)
