Universal Control Lead

Join to apply for the Universal Control Lead role at Sigma Connected Group . We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead our universal control functions and report to the Universal Control Manager. Responsibilities Coordinate recovery caused by business continuity issues and monitor frontline behaviours, efficiency, and availability. Ensure the compilation and distribution of schedules aligned to contact centre requirements and manage annual leave. Identify staffing challenges, assess quarterly performance through KPA reviews and support planning and scheduling. Utilise data and analysis to provide practical solutions to workforce management challenges. Manage absenteeism according to company policy and support the delivery of a high‑quality real‑time service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in workforce essential and 2 years managing a team. Knowledge of WFM tools, real‑time adherence, intraday management and schedule optimization. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI and WFM platforms (e.g., Genesys, Verint, NICE). Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data and recommend actions. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong stakeholder management experience. Ability to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
